The Oxygen Mini is a portable you can put in a pocket. Wouldn't you expect some compromise in efficiency and the size of hits?

Not with their battery your not hehe. The thing is huge, reminds me of the old gas station keys that were attached to blocks and things hehe.

My understanding is that box vape or vape like the ssv and Da Buddha along with towers is that they will hit better than the mini but I have never tried the mini.

Hm, well therein lies my delima. Portable? Or better? I mean I kind of figured that the box would hit better, but would it really be that much better? This would be for the most of the time in my dorm, but I suppose I would take it out places if I could. And it would be nice to be portable in my dorm, so I wouldn't be limited to vaping just on my desk if I got a box.

And to add to that, when ever I've vaped out of a box it seemed like I used a lot of bud and didn't get that many hits. I think thats just the way my friend packs the whip maybe.

I believe that all electric portable vapes have large batteries, like huge to the degree I think it is obvious and comical looking. In time these batteries will decrease in size and some day this will be a non issue.

I would recommend a lighter/torch vape for portability and box style vape for times where portability is necessary. How often to you foresee the portability need? If your gonna be near a plug, the mini should be good but I understand it is not the same level of a box vape but it doesnt really aspire to be a replacement for that is my understanding.

Biggest complaint I have seen about the Mini is that it taste like plastic initially but that it is for a limited time. If you do not mind the size of a battery pack to make it mobile outside of a power socket, you will likely be happy with it but I am not sure if you can get a big draw off of it like you can with a box style vape.

With that said, I have never used the mini and am just stating my opinion based on my research into it when I was looking at vapes and what has been stated here and in other forums.

Happy Vaping!!

Well I think I'm going with the box. But now what one? It's really hard to find reviews of vaporizers, or maybe I'm just not looking in the right places. I've been thinking about the VaporWarez 3G Vapor Canon or The VaporBrothers vaporizers. Any thoughts on either? or maybe something diffrent?

I highly recommend Da Buddha, it is made by people who make the SSV and the quality is first rate. In its class in my opinion their is none better but I am biased as its what I use. I would consider the SSV a level above due to appearance but its been reported that they actually perform pretty close to each other which says a lot for Da Buddha.

The warez 3g would be my second recommendation. Its a bit cheaper and I have not really seen any complaints about it. If you get either of the vaporizer, I believe you will be really happy. I know you can find deals where the 3g comes with some extras like a grinder and whatnot.

I recommend getting extra screens too, very minor cost.

The battery pack is 2" x 3" x 1" and weighs about 10 oz. That's huge to you? And it certainly doesn't have to be connected to the vape when it's in your pocket.

I haven't either but the hits have been described here more than once.

The Vaporwarez is easily the better buy vs. the Vapor Bros. Better warranty, better price, and more whips will fit it.

I second the Da Buddha recommendation.

The cord on it is like 15 feet long so you should be able to plug it in and move it wherever you want in your room.

As for taking it with you... there is a carrying bag included with your purchase so you can use that to transport it to a buddies place.

The unit itself is medium sized -- about 6 inches in diameter and 12 inches tall -- so it can be concealed in a large drawer or filing cabinet.

If you get an power adapter for your car (same one as you'd get to power a laptop), you can even take the Da Buddha on the road with you.

The Da Buddha is even flexible enough to allow you to hook it up to a bong or ice chamber and have the vapor cooled first before you inhale it.

I searched for months trying to find a vaporizer that was easy to conceal, flexible enough to be used with a bong, portable (use in car lighter), hands-free, and able to produce kick-ass vapor.... I got all that and more with the Da Buddha.

Default vapir oxygen

i used to own the vapir oxygen mini. it gets the job done but the air flow is very limited (so the temp doesn't drop quickly ) so you have to draw very hard. overall not a good option

i now own the vapor brothers and as far as concealing i just told may parents it a essential oil diffuser as it comes with the aroma bulb and practical cuz you smoke and the you just slip on the aroma bulb and conceal the smell.

Having to draw very hard is a complaint I've never heard about this vape. And the temp not dropping quickly is a good thing. I'd have to guess you were loading too much if you had to draw very hard. Most Mini owners have been satisfied with the performance. I personally know one guy that owns a couple of other nice vapes and he likes the Mini just fine for portable use. So I'd have to say you're in the minority in your opinion that it's "not a good option". It doesn't give hits like a home vape, but it's a pocket sized portable and does a good job in that respect.
