the old bong was filthy, so i tossed it out and ordered the DBV the next day... I'd been wanting to get a Vape but was undecided on the model, killing my bong was motivation enough to make a decision.

Does 7th Floor always send out a tracking number / shipping confirmation email when they send out your unit, or do they just go ahead and ship it? I ordered mine six days ago and still have not received such an email, though they have managed to charge me regardless.

Any reports on if they have their act together yet, or are they still way backlogged from growing pains? If I don't receive an email confirmation saying they've shipped it by tomorrow afternoon, I guess I'll have to give them a call, as "up to three days to process your order" doesn't seem to be very accurate right now. I'll be out of town on the 20th, which is why I'm concerned. Would like it to come before then.

sadly i got no confirmation email from them, paypal sent me a receipt. i sent an email and after 4 business days, 2 days later called them and got an answering machine... so wrote another email asking nicely WTF as going on. being impatient I called 30 mins later and was told it had been shipped 3 days earlier and they gave me the tracking number... they said my email address we wrong

I'd recommend you give them a call

Ive ordered a few times, always got a tracking number but ive seen others report they did not get one or had to call. I think its pretty hit or miss with them.

For now one when I need something I will go thru tokin.

Just got my vaporizer yesterday, I got it from vapeworld, I got free chamomille and a grinder with it, I payed for the faster shipping to Canada, it came in 4 days, they have great customer service, they replied to my e-mails within 24 hours, but most within 2.

I love my DBV, I just vaped a bowl in mine on my bed, it's much better than in my bathroom, haha.

I'm enjoying my DBV a lot, I read this whole thread before I ordered and I'm getting a lot of hits from my bowls. Maybe because it's on a low temperature but I'm getting over 25 hits a bowl and the bowls are small, as in filled up about a cm, for example I took 6 hits from my bowl and the bud is still green, I can see the vapors, they're thick almost like smoke and the bud is ground up super finely (it went through my grinder 3 times then into a 2 piece grinder for 4 minutes so it's pretty fine) maybe that's why? With some bud I hadn't ground up as finely I got half the amount of hits.

Make sure you stir after every 3-5 draws. Typically the finer the you grind the more vapor per draw but less draws.

It has to do with exposing more weed to vaporization.

I cut mine up with scissors. I average 20-30 draws per wand I would say but varies on many factors. One thing that is nice with a grinder, if you have kief catcher, after awhile put a bit of kief ontop of a bowl to kick it up a notch so to speak.

Also, as time goes by and condensed vapor accumulates in your wand if you scrape it out you can use that just like kief. It is condensed thc and very good stuff. Their are numerous ways to collect and use it.

I stir every 4-5 draws on average. I read doing this is better than doing it every 2-3 hits because you let less air out, is that true?

Yesterday I had another bowl at night and got about 25 hits out of it and it still had parts of green in it, most of it was starting to brown but it was very light, I'm pretty sure that's not normal, but I'm not complaining, haha

I would but getting the tube in/out of my wand is a pain, so I'm going to wait for more, I smoked 3-5 times a day so it should accumulate quickly
