Hey, I just cashed in on some common stock b/c the market went down; my cost basis is a $8.00 loss per share so I cashed it out. I will recieve the proceeds today by 3pm via ETF and plan to purch a Vaporizer. I only smoke blunts and bowls all my Life; first time Vaper here. I must admit, I have been influenced by all of you'all chatting incessantly that a vape is good thing to try. So, thank you. I intend to use a MJ.com vendor. Which model of Vaperizor should I purch? I only smoke blunts and bowls all my Life; first time Vaper here. And finally, will I see smoke or fumes when I exhale and do it get me high?

You'll see what looks like smoke (it's actually condensation) on the exhale.
A vaporizer is a lot more efficient for delivering the goods, so chances are the first time you get it to warm up your bud correctly, it will get you incredibly zonked. With a little more use, the effect moderates itself.
Tons of them on the market, but I would suggest getting one that's on the upper end of what you can spend at the moment. Look through the vape threads for reviews.

OK Vicki & Dirtbomb I have about $$ but not $$$ to spend and will look first at the "Silver Surfer" (b/c I like the name )from a MJ.com vendor. Now, pls clarify if possible: you said I will see "condensation fumes" when I exhale and NOT the white smoke? And based on this I'm to believe that it worked?
And you say it may take practice to get a temperature right? If so, then I will use a dated stach of schwagg herb on my first couple of go'rounds with my new Vaporizer for trial and error; and not use my blueberry stash until I get used to it's operation.

I have never used a Silver Surfer vaporizer, so I would not be able to give you any information about it. Maybe a member that has can weigh in here and let you know.

I've been using the SSV for a couple years now. There is a short trial and error period with the SSV as I think most whip vapes have. It's just a matter of Temperature x Draw = Desired effect.

Temperature: Where you set the Temp dial on the SSV.
Draw : How hard do you draw air past the heating element. (fast draw= cooler vapor, slow draw= hotter vaopr.)
Desired Effect: How you want your herb to effect you.

Basically you just play with the Temp Knob and your Draw speed until you get the kind of vapor you want.

I have had the opportunity to use a Volcano on several occasions and enjoyed it every time. Super easy, consistent vapor, great for group sessions. I personally like the whip style (SSV) vapes because 90% of the time it's just me, and the Cano can be overkill for one person.
Now for group sessions the Cano is ideal.

Every decent cannabis club in the Bay area that has vaporizers on site for use for their members use the Volcano. They have them on from 11 AM till about 7 PM seven days a week and they keep on going and going. Mine is over three years old and looks and feels brand new. Great taste, very little herb needed. The Volcano rules!
