| I bought myself a an HerbalAire vaporizer today and was excited to give it a try. The only other vaporizer I have owned/used in the past was the Dominizer. It was a great cheap introductory vaporizer - but I wanted to step up my vapping experiences and decided on the HerbalAire after reading reviews and the price wasn't too insane (i.e. Volcano). As far as I can tell the main components of the vaporizer work great and am relitively pleased with it so far. My problem is that it came with 4 bags and 3 of them had little rips in them allowing a small amount of air to escape along with valuable vapor . I am wondering is it common for vaporizing bags to be ripped? Did I just have bad luck? I don't necessarily think that it is HerbalAires fault - I mean its a bag and bags rip...right? Anyway, I'd love to hear about other people's experiences with the bags being ripped? Luckily, the herbalaire comes with handy mouth piece for a direct inhale method - bypassing the bags altogether. herbalAire - Truly Scientific Grade Aroma Therapy Diffuser Dominizer.com - Herbal Vaporization made simple and accessible for all |

| You have a brand new bag that's torn? If so, I'd say that's not common. I've gotten a couple of sets of bags from them with no problems. I've made my own from Volcano/Toppits bags too. You just have to be careful with them. I've popped 'cano bags from time to time by not removing them soon enough during a fill, but that's just user error.

| We use turkey bags, they are a lot more durable than those bags that come with volcanos/extremes etc etc. But in the past I have used stickers to seal up bags.

Yup. Just little tears along where the bags were folded. I would say that the tears were from 2 to 5 milimeters in length. Not huge holes by any means but enough to make it so the bag would not inflate properly and it would allow some vapor to escape. Just bad luck I guess to have the first three bags I tried have these little irregularities. I will go out and get some turkey bags as other posters have suggested. | |

| If you contact herbalAire they'll probably send you some new ones. They have excellent customer service. It's worth a try. Won't cost you anything but the time to send an e. info@herbalAire.com |

| some quality clear packing tape can work wonders for temporarily patching ripped bags. it will at least make the bags useable until you can get some new ones |

| ^ Good idea. I would fold/overlap the plastic before taping, so the tape isn't exposed to the inside of the bag. |
