I meant that you should take a hit as you normally do. Hold your breath if you want, I usually hold it for a few seconds before I exhale. After that hit, exhale, then immediately take another hit. This increases the amount of THC in your lungs and makes the second hit a much harder hit, and the third even harder if you whish.
