Oddly enough I have this same problem.

Does it taste like gross burned popcorn when you cough? It's the same for me. I think that you and I are just vaping at a too high temperature, and should lower it a bit. Hopefully it will go away.

This doesn't sound normal to me, for a vaporizer or for a smoker. I'd say it's more likely some sickness.

I dont know about this, I have never heard of anybody with lung issues wile vaporizing.

The burnt popcorn taste means you're overcooking your weed. In fact many vapourists use that taste as the line to approach but not cross for temperature.

The worst thing would be a flem=like substance, and that is usually just from the cotton mouth vaping and even smoking causes.

Sounds like condensed THC (the stuff that you see on the inside of your whips). You must be vaporizing a shit ton.
