so is it possible to use it without alcohol?
the reason i want this to work is so i could do it without getting in trouble with parents to if it works with water or any other household things, maybe milk? or even the real medicin? it owuld be apreciated

Yikes! Rubbing alcohol is isopropyl alcohol (there are a zillion different alcohols) and is poisonous-- you stoners wanna go blind? Don't use methanol, either. The ingestible alcohol in booze is ethanol (don't try to use the car fuel form of ethanol, either--it has gasoline added to it). In Nebraska and maybe other states you can buy 200-proof Everclear (and other brands) which is essentially pure ethanol. In Washington state you can only get up to 151-proof, which is 75%. In the seventies we made crude hash oil using lousy pot, a blender and ethanol to extract what we could, as the THC dissolves in alcohol. You can find old stories of Queen Victoria using tincture of pot; a tincture is basically a 10% alcohol solution. Tincture of opium, or laudanum, is still used medically for pain control in some patients.
My wife has had oral cancer and lost her tongue, floor of mouth and lower jaw. I am considering using bubblebags to extract the trichomes and then dissolve them in enough alcohol to run it through her nebulizer. This should give you fair control over the concentration. Inhaled ethanol will likely make you drunk, as you are reversing the process by which the body rids itself of excess alcohol through the lungs (smell your buddy's breath sometime the morning after a bad drunk), so be wise and minimize your intake. Problem is, we don't have enough bud to strain through the bags and don't have contacts for bubble hash in nearby Canadia. Woe is us...

The alcohol used to extract resins from cannabis is not in the final product. After the extraction, it's all evaporated. Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol is quite poisonous if ingested or inhaled.

A job is always done much more efficiently and easily when you use the appropriate tools. A nebulizer is not the appropriate tool for inhaling cannabis vapors. Even a crappy vaporizer would do a much better job.
