Hey everyone, I am looking into buying a vaporizer because i hear you use alot less weed and i am asthmatic so i think it would be a good idea. At first i was going to buy one of the BC vaporizers, but have read that the vaporcannon/vaporbrothers type vaporizer are much better. I'm not sure what to get. I can get a BC vape for around $70 all shipping/tax included in canada, and the vaporcannon ones are 150+. Is it worth the upgrade? Does anyone know of any good canadian online stores to buy the vaporcannons off of?

I also found this vaporizer..



it looks comparable to the BC vape. I can get this one for very cheap. Does anyone know if this one is good? Is it about the same as the BC vape?

I am just not sure which kind to get. I smoke only 2-3 times per week, so if the there isnt too much difference between all the kinds, I will get the cheaper one.

Also, I told one of my stoner friends about my interest in vaporizers, and he told me that whenever he uses a vape, he gets stoned, not high. I was wondering if this is true? I'd think that its just the type of weed he was smoking and its a coincidence that hes used that weed on the vaporizer.

Out of the two i posted, which one looks better? The first one is 10 dollars more.

Hey man i bought the one you are talking about by the varpor bros for about 165 at a smoke shop but before i bought that one i research and talk to people about it. The vaporbros one is the best one because the thc inhaled right though a glass whip to your mouth. Its the best one out there that gets all the thc out without burning the bud. To tell you the truth man its the best investment i ever made. Me and my freinds sit around and pack it up a few times and get messed up. Its a diffrent kinda of high though you dont get sleepy really plus you can smoke it in your room and your parents wont smell it and there is no smoke just thc vapor you see in the air when you exhale. It works the best when you use hydro or the top line of weed you can get. So go get the machine you love it

I've tried the test tube vapes you heat with a lighter, the conduction vaporizers with a glass globe like the ones you've pictured, and I now use a VaporBrothers machine. The VB was a great investment - far superior to the others. I never smoke at home anymore - I vape.

In my experience the effects are the opposite of those named by your stoner friend. Everything I've used in the VB produces a very "up", energetic, and clear-headed high - even when it was weed that produced couchlock when smoked.

I got my VB from a seller on eBay for US$130, including shipping and handling.

I have been looking at the VB ones on ebay, but the only problem is, I live in canada and they are charging 30+ for shipping. So if I get get one of the vapes in the pictures for 50 or less, or the VB for 150 or more, would you still get the VP? Please note that I probably don't smoke as much as you. Are the pictured vapes still better then smoking/hitting a bong?

All I can tell you is that I wasn't happy with the conduction vaporizer and I'm very happy with the VB unit. It's a long-term investment and will pay for itself very quickly in the amount of stash you save.

ok thanks. I understand that the VB vapes are better quality, and if i can find one for a reasonable price. But are the convection ones worth the money? Are they much better then hitting a bong or a joint? If it isn't going to be any better i will just wait until i find a good deal on the VB.

I think so, but that could be because I like the high I get off a vape better than the high from smoking. I like to be alert and energetic, capable of clear thought, and able to remember things from one moment to the next. That's what I get from a vape. With smoking it seems to depend a great deal on the variety of marijuana: Sativas give you the "up" high and Indicas give you the "stoned" high. With a vape, any kind of weed gives me an "up" high.

I bought a test tube vape and was unsatisfied. I bought a conduction vape and was unsatisfied. I wish I'd gotten the VB right off the bat and saved the money I spent on the other devices that I'll never use again. The VB cost me about the price of a half-ounce of good weed. Since it stretches my stash at least 2:1 over smoking, it paid for itself in the first ounce I vaped in it.

Stretches it 2:1 over smoking joints? Or smoking from a bong or pipe? I ask because personally, I use just a small pinch of top-shelf weed in a small water pipe and get plowed. About the size of four robust Post Grape Nuts glued together in a clump. How much do you use for a standard vape smoke?

it takes a lot less weed, off of my ****ty homeade one it stretches my weed out atleast 2:1, if I bought a nice one like that probably stretch it out farther

Any comparison would be meaningless. We have different kinds of weed and everyone requires a different amount to get where they want to go. I'd smoke about half a joint to get really high, a quarter of a joint as bedtime medicine. A quarter of a joint's worth of weed last's me two nights in the VB.
