I was thinking about investing in a vaporizer, but I would like to hear what other stoners think about them. I'm not talking about home made versions, I want to know how well the catalog/store bought vaporizers are. I have heard from a few places that you dont have to smoke as much from a vaporizer which helps conserve your stash, does it actually work out this way?

Is it as effective as smoking from a pipe or joint? How does it compare to a water bong? Do you have to smoke more weed to get the same effect as with traditional methods or about the same? Also, do they get all of the THC out of the buds? Anyone have recommendations for the best brand?

Anyone tried a Vapotron?
