Exclamation Vaporizer repair

Anyone have experience repairing a vaporizer (Eterra) that does not produce enough heat? The power light is on but heat source is intermittent and is decreasingly reliable after four months of excellent use.

u got a warranty for that? If u do, get a new one (or get that one fixed). If not, go back to the headshop and raise heck about it.
