I've heard some good things. They're healthier, they don't make you cough, they get you more messed up with less weed, there's very little if any odor.

How much do they cost? I've read about how to make one with a lightbulb, has anyone tried it? Do they really get you that much higher than just smoking?

they're great for conserving weed.. Shouldn't be too hard to make a lightbulb vap. They also make crappy weed taste okay.

How exactly do you use it? Put the weed inside the lightbulb and heat the lightbulb with the lighter? How long does it take for the THC to be released and all that?

not too long, light bulbs have pretty thin glass

Heh, makes sense. And I've heard you really only need to take a couple of hits of pretty much anything to get baked with one, is this true?

If all this is true, I'm gonna try to make one tonight and I'll report back with results. I'm pretty tight on money so this could be the answer to my prayers.

I have a lightbulb vaporizer and it was pretty easy to make. Lightbulbs are pretty delicate so be careful when making one. They don't necessarily get you higher, it's more of a mental high. You don't really feel 'stoned' like you normally do with a pipe, joint, etc. Be careful not to get it too hot, you want the herb to vaporize not burn, and you don't want the lightbulb to break. Keep the flame moving back and forth, if you see smoke you're burning it. It takes some patience and practice to do it right. You will get a more herby taste, which I enjoy very much. Any other ?'s just hollar.
