| Does anyone know if the vapors you inhale when using a vaporizer effect chronic bronchitis? Some time soon here I'm going to have to quit smoking weed if my bronchitis doesnt get any better. (I've had it for nearly four months now) I'm not sure whether or not the vaporized THC still feels like it's tearing up your lungs or if its just like inhaling air. Thanks! |

| I've had a lung infection for going on 6 months now.. I got my vaporizer for the same reasons sorta.. (I didn't know I had a lung infection at the time) hoping it woulden't tare my lungs up... well... it does.. but not nearly as bad as smoking the stuff.. I also prefer my vape to smoking as well I kicked my lung infection for 2 weeks before it came back, my vape felt like air then I'd say whatever you feel pain/coughing wise from toking right now via combustion is going to be reduced by about half with a vapor brothers vaporizer(I endorse it because I own one.. not because I work for them ).. or another convection vaporizer. In other words.. when I can't smoke up I usually can handle vape'in up, but it isn't a cure. Have you tried taking a 2 or 3 week break from smoking everything to see if the bronchitis rectifys itself? I know you said it was chronic bronchitis.. but myne always seems to come from chronic... |

| In a situation where you have a lung infection...(and yes, I realize this is old, I am just addressing the newest post) anything you inhale into your lungs is going to irritate them. There is still a slight amount of resin/tar involved in vaping...otherwise the whip wouldn't start to discolor...although it takes MUCH longer and is MUCH less than smoking, you are still getting a slight amount of tar/resin...even when vaping. What makes it healthier 1. it isn't smoke 2. it is only a very small fraction of what you'd get compared to smoking...barely even comparable. But with a lung infection ANYTHING is going to irritate your lungs.

| I also believe cannabis even when vaporised makes you more prone to throat infection. I may be wrong though. |

| Actually, vaporizing is the only thing that helps my lungs. Plus the fact that I never set my VB vaporizer about 10AM. I have never, ever burned herb in my VB, but I have in my Voodoo. It has never irritated my throat either.

| Ive had lung infections...ahhh the scourge of pot smokers world-wide! I usually get them after smoking some diffrent weed that didn't come from my usual "guy". It's usually really crappy, wet bud that is mildewy and moldy (and I don't notice) All veteran smokers that get weed from all over have had periods of "months" where green/yellow phlem and chronic coughs occur. . . Ok, I had abdominal surgery few years back and HAD to take a month-long break from smoking. My insides were held together with thousands of micro-stitches and I didn't want to rupture them...so coughing was a HUGE deal to me when I started back up. The only thing with a vape that'll irritate the lungs is the heat/dryness of the air you're breathing in. If you can rig up an in-line water chamber to cool the vapors down, and in addition to some ice--I'd say you'll be kosher. Just make sure to take shallow hits and more of them. . . |

That's a good idea. I was actually just wishing there were a way to use my vaporizer with my nebulizer. | |
