I am poor and want to be more healthy. I want something that i inexpensive (pref. under $200) and does not use a lot of bud.
Also I want something that will minimize the scent for indoor use.

I do not care about how flashy it is or whether it is bag or whip just cheap reliable efficient and discreet.
