Gotvape.com sells it. Email 'em at info@gotvape.com. If you can't send it to them for repair, they can probably tell you where to send it. If they want more than $30-40 for repair (including your shipping costs), I'd junk it and get a Vaporking off ebay for $60 (temp control and 3 yr. warranty). The Pure unit has a 5 yr. warranty. There's always the chance they'll cover the repair.
