Ok, so I just bought one of those mini glass vaps, and yes i have browsed through and searched various threads, yet i still have a question about my particular piece, sure it looks like something to smoke unmentionables out of, but trust me, i'm not that bad, i just have had chest problems recently so i don't want to use my other pieces as much, so just looking for tips on lighting it, how fine i really need to grind my pot, etc. here is a picture, any help would be great! thanks

i know it looks like that, so do a lot of other ones i've seen, yes it's just for herb, nothin' else, i have been able to get vapor out of it, and got a little high but i'm sure there is something else i could do...

let me also clarify that i prefer hitters, but i'm battling a cough right now, so the less smoke the better

I dont know if you are going to get good enough results out of a vap like that. I doubt it will be much easier to smoke out of that.

Seems like the glass would get pretty hot-maybe try some food grade tubing to get your mouth away from the hot glass. Here's a link for the Ubie-the simplest vape I've seen. I would think the procedure would be similar for yours. http://americansmokeless.com/index2.htm

Another similar one is the Vapor Bat. It uses a car lighter. Either one of these cheapies would be better than yours, IMO.

dude no offense but i think you just wasted 15 bucks or however much you paid for it. i woulda just made a one hitter if i was you.

Joe, the reason why he bought it in the first place is because he is having chest problems/cough. But you could of just made a vaporizer out of a light bulb.
