hey guys, i just got an oil burner (picture at the bottom of post) and read that it may be possible to vaporize weed if you simply put it in the tray instead of the fragrance oils that are supposed to go there, can anyone tell me if this works, apparently you just put the weed onto the tray, then cover the whole thing with a soda bottle with no bottom?

Yes, you could probably use it. It would be very inefficient compared to a real vape, but it would work a little bit.

Yeah, my lightbulb vaporizer uses the same technique. Now granted, mine is a thin layer of glass with a huge lighter flame under it, I think yours will do just fine.
