Yeah, we need some more tincture stories/recipes. It seems like the easiest way to make use of your ABV.

Yes eating abv definatly gets you high, I have done it twice now. I used someone's pbj recipe the first time and I tried firecrackers the second time.

Let me just say this first, gross as hell. Granted I vape my weed as brown as possible (even a little black sometimes) but that shit tastes gross. I used about 3-4 grams of abv that I ran threw a coffee grinder. My problem is I either have to use too much peanut butter (3 sandwichs worth) or use less and it is almost inedible. My firecrackers tasted like eating wet-sand it was so grainy I could hardly choke it down. It was slightly worth eating b/c it got me high for 6-7 hours but still nasty.

I decided that I am not going to use peanut butter at all next time so I am debating between a tincture or butter. Vicki please let us know how that works out and how much you use to make it.

Does anyone know how many shots of a ticture you have to take to feel the effects of the pot?

I know I'll be using about a pint of grain alcohol, maybe a little more. Depends on the price. I'll use at least one ounce of ABV. As soon as I get a batch started, I'll let people know. It will take a month from start to finish, and I'll be using the cold method.

I recently made butter with an ounce and quarter of ABV. I know how to make butter and it went perfect except it was very very weak.

Perhaps you may want to toss some straight up regular plant material in it. If I should do it again I will save the avb to enhance or add to something else. I wont use it on its own.

A healthy mix of mids and upper quality plant material was used to make the abv. It tasted really really bad too but anything I think with abv is gonna taste bad.

I am interested in the tincture. I have made extractions in the past with other chemicals but wasnt a fan of it but I never tried the cold extraction month long process.

I start my abv tincture experiment today.
I follow my extravirgin vap-oil recepy but instead of greasy glass i'll soak my abv for a couple of weeks!Some abv-butter should be nice to test in a chocolate chip cookies recepy.
I do report at the end!
