Hey folks. I've heard that post-vaporized weed, though not necessarily good for smoking, can still be used for baking brownies, etc.

Anyone tried this and have any thoughts or recipes?

Yeah, you can do it. It won't have nearly as much THC in it as before vaping but I've smoked it and it still gets you high, so I'm assuming baking with it works the same, you just have to increase the amount.

I don't think any specifica recipe will work since everyone's ABV (already been vaped) weed will have different levels of vaporization and thus different levels of potency.

1) Check out the vids on this site for making butter; a FAR better alternative if you actually like the taste of your food

2) If you are using ABV - use a ridiculous amount to make your butter

Making ABV brownies isn't too hard. You really don't need to use that much. When I make a batch, first off use the chocolatiest sounding recipe possible, and you don't HAVE to make weed butter - you can just sautee the weed in butter and grind that up to a paste so the brownies texture is normal. If you want my recipe and all that just let me know via email.

ok peeps vaping burns the bud and thc off of it why would anyone want to reuse it for brownies, personally i dont think its a good idea. and would taste bad.

Vaping does not remove 100% of the cannabinoids available in the weed. There is always some left in the residue, unless you vape it black. Vaped weed, if it's not burnt, has a pleasant, roasted-peanut/popcorn taste and smell.

I've been saving up all my vaped weed for the past couple months and just made cookies with it last weekend. I probably had around an oz worth saved up. And believe me...it worked....

I've got several ounces of ABV I've saved over the years, in air tight containers in a dark place. I haven't done anything with any of my ABV yet, but I really want to. Wasn't sure cooking with it would taste good, but thought about getting some grain alcohol and making cannabis tincture with it. In theory, it should work.
