Hey, recently I've been wanting to get a vaporizer, i really don't know much about them, I've looked at a couple of websites and eBay.

So just wanted some suggestions on some decent vaporizer I'm willing to spend about $250AU which is about $200US.

Portable would be handy, but i guess not needed.

Also if you could link me to some decent vaporizer selling websites that would be great.

Search this forum and you'll find what others have to say.

And finding a website is as easy as plugging HERBAL VAPORIZER into Google.

anyways i think i found a good deal for the Digital Vapir v.4 for $139

Ive heard that this vaporizer has had its faults though the newer models are a lot better and if I'm correct this is one of the newest models?

dont get that one, it doesnt work well with weed at all. not hot enough.

ebay also has some decent looking vapes and is your best bet if you decide to spend mroe for a volcano

i myself am looking at one of the hands free digi - vapor vapes on ebay for $100 they look nice.

ah ok, so going for something like vaportower, vaporbox or vaporwarez is better off.

and Sir Jman are you talking about Digi-Vapor herbal vaporizer(white one) or the vaporwarez box ones(brown)

The white one seems like a decent deal, but is that vaporizer any good?

If you're in Australia, you may want to consider the Vapolution unit. I have one and it's a very nice vape. They even have a new NiMH 2 hour battery pack available as an option. It has a glass encased heater, glass heater tube and and glass whip, with a ceramic shell. The basic kit is $150, but I'd get the one with the two extra 'buddy bowls' (they're angled and thicker glass). The nice part is that it's 12v DC, so you don't need a voltage converter.

yeah i was looking at the vapolution, though i heard a lot of complaints about the bowl not being able to keep the weed in place. Do you find that is a problem for you or?

There's no doubt that the narrow diameter of the bowl is the weak point of the Vapolution, but there are ways to deal with it. It's only a problem if your weed is dry and fine ground. If you can break off a small piece and fit it in the bowl, it'll stay in place. If in doubt, just turn the vape on its side. You could moisten dry weed a very little -like with damp fingers. You can even add a screen- cut up a small piece, even wad it up a little- push it down to the dimple.

It's not the best party vape, but it's great for portability, built like a tank, and with all that glass, the hits are sooooo smmooooth. They even have a 7 inch glass bowl with mouthpiece and carb, so you don't need tubing. I have several vapes that I use on a regular basis, and although the Vapolution is not the easiest to use, it's my favorite for taste.
