If your any good with electronics just rip it open and check for lose wires. I don't know if they come apart easy, as I've never seen one, but I'm sure it can be done. You could also test the circuits using one of those things with 2 wires that lights up when the circuit works. Things that have to heat up tend to have lose wires more often in my experience, heat stresses the connections I guess.

I have had my Vapor Brothers vaporizer for a year and a half, and have never had a problem. If mine stopped heating up, I probably would take it apart to see if I could repair it because the only other option is buying a new unit.

FroJoes advise is right on, heat and cool cycles causes expansion and retraction. If you did not drop it or otherwise do something obvious that may have caused the issue then a wire could be just off it connection - thats why banging on things sometimes fixes them, sometimes you bang on it and it makes contact again. If it can be taken apart then go at it very slowly to know how to get it back exactly the way it was. Sometimes you improve on it when you find other lose screws inside that were poorly done at the factory. Worth a shot just go real slow and observe before you take apart and understand how its built then you'll know how to get it back together easier. It may be a fuse inside that you could replace at radioshack.

The older Vapor Bros. model had a lot of heating element failures. Their new GNES (still don't know what that means) model is supposed to be better, with a more reliable heater. If you can determine that voltage is getting to the heater, then that's probably what quit on you. You can email Vapor Bros at Vaporbrothers@consultant.com and they can tell you what it'll cost to replace the element.

It probably is. I haven't had to take mine apart, and hope I don't have to any time soon.
