Don't know yet...I guess it depends on just how long it takes to get here!!

I emailed them yesterday asking where my new tracking number was at, and I didn't hear from them.

Ok, I got an email from Steve this morning telling me he personally sent the vape out to me himself and the tracking number is the same as the old on????? How did he do that? He said he just reprinted the label. Ok, so, we will see how this works.

And here is what the tracking information tells me when I track it....same as before...

Sounds fishy. Sounds like he printed it up a week ago when you really stated complaining, knowing he could just email it to you and you'd think it's in the system. I think once they print it then it notifies the USPS that its on the way even if it hasn't be actually mailed. That way you think its on the way. Then they hold on to it for a week or untill the product arrives and just put it in the mail. So he may or may not still be playing you. If he got it in then he just put it on the package and droped it in the mail. If he hasn't he'll just play you along, Like LET ME CHECK WITH THE POST OFFICE and crap like that till it gets there for him to actualy mail it. There can't be 2 tracking numbers in the mail that are the same. But there can be one in the system that has never been mailed but looks like it's in the mail system when in fact it's on his desk waiting for the item to come in so he can ship it out and you'll think it just got really boged down somewhere for 2 weeks. Sorry to rile your feathers but thats my take on it, but maybe he got it today and its on the way, you'll never know till the info shows some change on the traking number you have, and that can take 2-3 after it actually ships. Hang in there you not going to lose money or not get it, it just may take forever.

According to the USPS...you can't just reprint a label and use the same tracking number for two different packages.

So, I am being scammed. I guess it is time to notify paypal.

Edit: I spoke to Steve again, and told him I spoke to the post office...and he still claims it is possible b/c he printed out the new label himself and shipped it out on Friday. He swears they are legit and told me I could even report them if needed and keep everything.

For my troubles...he is sending me a replacement whip....a 40 dollar value that does me no good without a vape. We will see how this goes.

I don't think you're getting scammed. A runaround maybe. They're one of the biggest on-line vape dealers (they say "the web’s leading retailer"). They sell more brands of vapes than any dealer I've seen. How many of them they keep in stock is the question. Everyone's problem with them seems to be when they're out of stock. I'd give them a few more days. I wouldn't let it go over 30 days from your original order though.

I use to own an on-line business and have sent thousands of packages. From my experience...you can't use the same tracking number twice. My guess...he never actually used the tracking number in the first place. He was just trying to buy some time.

I don't understand why people have to lie. If he would have been up front and honest from the get go...he wouldn't be getting negative feedback from a customer. I know I won't be purchasing anything from that company. I hate doing business with people who give you the "run around". Had he told you (from the beginning) that the vape was on backorder and was honest, I'm sure you would have understood and not been stressed thinking you're getting taken advantage of.

I just spent the last 5 days arguing with a company who overcharged me. I've already contacted the Better Business Bureau and have NO problem taking it to small claims court. If they think they're going to just screw me over...they have another thing coming. Sorry about my rant...just got off the phone with them and needed to vent. What a bunch of assholes!!!

Anyway, I hope it comes soon and if you get an extra one you can always sell it on ebay and make some of your money back. I'll bid on it Although, I highly doubt he sent two of them. Good luck!!

I FINALLY GOT MY VAPE!! YAY!!!!!


It was in my mail yesterday when I got home from work. The tracking number actually says it was delivered on the 12th, but I got it yesterday. So, is this the package he sent the first time??? The label did say March 1st. Or is this the one he sent the second time that has the duplicate tracking number???

I would imagine the first one never got sent ever...and the "supposed" second one is the only one ever mailed, and that was mailed last Friday. Either way...we got it. And now, I wonder if he will still send me the free replacement whip? He was supposed to do that yesterday.

it took from Feb 23rd...when the payment was taken....until March 13th.

Tomorrow I will give a review of how I like it. It is definately cool looking. We were out of smoke and can't find our grinder, so we haven't used it yet.
