Previous to this I have used Ubies(LMAO), VApir 4.0, Vapir 3.0 (same thing with smaller bags) and the OG vapir which was so freakin slow. There is something extremely luxurious about using a whip vaporizer but the real reason i chose it over the vapir is because it's glass to glass to glass...so I feel confident that I'm not smoking any garbage. The true difference is that you can taste hwo much more flavorful the air is (something I don't care that much about cuz I'm just trying to get high). But it is a much SILKIER SMOOTH pull than breathing that stale air out of the vapir.

To be honest I would like to try a volcano vs a Vapir because I think they would be identical. Anway, I'm really amped about posting about my new vaporizer because I have been looking up information on the Super Vapezilla for over a year now trying to decide wehter or not to get it. Eventually my Vapir BROKE and so I pulled the trigger anyway. Now I'm here trying to help everyone out. This vaporizer is the shit.
Actually the Vaporfection is not a SV clone, except for imitating/resembling it. It's certainly not an exact copy. It shares basic design and looks (to some degree), and the SV was no doubt the target competition, but Vaporfection has a patented glass heating element and faster heat up/cool down time than the SV. I do know one guy who owns both and he says the faster temp action is the only difference he can tell in actual use, aside from quieter fans on the Vaporfection. And of course the SV loses big time on warranty-no parts coverage at all, while your unit has 3 years and lifetime on the heater.

You're correct about the Vapir and Volcano both being the same as far as filling a bag with vapor. I would think though, that the Volcano's bimetallic temp control would provide a more accurate temp than the Vapir. I've got a herbalAire, which uses the same bags as the Volcano. It just takes longer to fill a bag. Other than that, you can't tell the difference. And the herbalAire is a lot easier to clean. The Volcano's 3 year warranty does give it an edge though.

I totally agree with that. Clean what you can and if it's a whip vape, don't return the whip. There's no warranty on that anyway unless you can prove a defect in the glass. And it greatly reduces your cleaning chores. The people that make and sell vapes know what they're used for, but they do have to cover their butts legally with disclaimers.

Default I also have the vapir one v4.0

I also have the vapir one v4.0. It's great so far. I've used it 4 times and each time it got me so screwed up I couldn't really do anything (I'm going to have to work on this because being way to screwed up isn't the funnest till you start to come down).

The only cons that I have found so far is the plastic taste, but I am hoping and I have been told that this will go away after a while.

There is one big concern though, there is no filter for the fan. It sucks stuff up everytime you use it (like dust, pet hair etc..) I could see that causing problems in the future, like fan failure. I am currently in the process of making a filter that I can slide over the fan end and secure with a rubber band. It needs to be something that wont restrict airflow very much. I'm thinking if getting a fabric similar to a project filter...gotta find something though, 90 day warrenty's not good enough to take my chances.
