The V-Tower is a whip-only system without bags or fan. Seems like you're talking about the extreme.

Baloon vs Whip is a contentious issue that sets brother against brother. It depends on what you value in your vaping experience. I've never tried standalone with the Extreme, although I have done bags with it. Obviously the bag system works.

If it is the Extreme, you simply set the temp and when it hits, it's ready to go. I tend to vape about .2g at a time.

If it's the V-Tower, I wait about 5 minutes on full.

I don't think leaving your bud over the heat is a good idea. Hot air gets trapped and that can cause a temperature increase if the heat isn't radiated away.

This little sidetrack got going on a different thread so for those who are interested in a "little brother' of the Extreme...this just in from Arizer, the mfgr of these...


We're just about to introduce the 'new-revised' V-Tower in a week or two.
It's quite a bit different than the original v-tower and more like the new Extreme. It will look like the new Extreme except for having silver faceplate it's black, and it's without the remote control, fan, lights and a few other options.

It's going to be hot by the looks of things, we have pre-orders from Distributors all over the world.

It will appear on our website in a few weeks.

So for those interested.. check it out.. pity they don't just put out the no frills model like the vTower. Thrilled with mine.

The new V-Tower will be like a base model car-same build, fewer options and accessories. No extra effort or different parts in the build process-just stop short of the full blown Extreme. It'll be interesting to see the price. I still like the original VT. Analog instead of digital provided less chance of breakdown and better stealth.

hi all
just want to say hello and let everyone know i have entered the world of a v-tower vaporizer. what a hoot!! i cant believe that i have been smoking (including cigs) for over 35 years and just now after all these years can finally taste the bud!!!! AMAZING!!!
Question 1 (of probably many many more): can i put my hash in the vape? if so, any special instructions? can hash be consumed after vaping it? either smoked or eaten?

thanks i'll keep you updated as i go through my learning curve!

So you bought a used V-Tower? Although there will be a new version, it isn't out yet. If it's not used, then you've got the Extreme. It's not a V-Tower or even a V-Tower Extreme. Yeah you can vape hash but the high density makes it tougher. You should chop, grind, or break it up into small pieces to expose as much surface area as possible. Vaped hash is like vaped herb, only more likely to have leftover THC, due to its highly compacted state.

Enjoy your vape. As another long time smoker I can identify with your enjoyment.

no, its not used but it is an older version.... the one without the fancy schmancy fan. The version I got is less expensive (if i could afford it i would have gone for the fan/bag model)

I put hash in my v-tower, usually with weed. Partway through I'll crumble it some more and dump it back in.

I'm a little surprised any new V-Towers are still out there for sale. I guess since a lot of them (and Extremes) are sold in headshops it makes sense that a few are still available. Here's a tip from the guy who bought mine-warm up time is 15 minutes for prime operation. Enjoy your V-Tower.

Is the v tower and vapor tower are the same thing, if so they can be found with ease.
