Thanks for the info. Your headshop is a little pricey. I haven't seen the Extreme sell for more than $300 online. Online price for the VT may be around $175. We'll see.

Some effect maybe. Nothing like the real thing. I've heard opinions ranging from 'surprisingly good effect' to 'don't waste your money'. I think it depends on the person (and expectations) and the particular 'legal bud' you're trying. I'd shop around. Maybe search for 'best legal bud' and try a sample pack.

I totally think the extra cash is worth the bag attachments. That's primarily how I smoke now.. plus the digital display. I've been starting around 300C and working my way up depending on the bud. Then just let a low fan fill the bag. Much stronger hit. (My preference) Still the whip is great too... I run mine tons and it's still going strong. The glass stirrer is a bit weak tho.. broke the tip off

Almost forgot the auto off.. you can set a countdown timer and have it turn itself off. So good if you forget (or wanna see how long you've been at it)
