| That's the upscale version of the infamous Digi Vapor, probably the worst vape ever put on the market. They're cheaply made in China with virtually no quality control. There have been many of them reported defective right out of the box. They have no factory warranty. The Digi Vapor name, although it appears on the front of the unit, has developed such a bad rep that you don't see it being sold with that name, thus the Vapezilla ripoff name "Vapzilla". Every dealer that sells them seems to slap a different name on them. Like the Vapezilla, this is a forced air whip unit, using a fan(s). Unlike bag units like the Volcano or herbalAire, which use air pumps, the whip units will work without the fan's assistance. If the dealer you bought it from won't exchange it, you're out of luck. Just be glad it works at all. Next time you want to buy a vaporizer, I'd make sure the manufacturer has a website and provides a warranty.
