From what i have seen and heard the vapor cannon and the silver surfer ssv seem to be the best options for whip style vaporizers. both designs look cool and operate similarly with a ceramic heating element. so my question is why is the silver surfer ssv almost $100 more than the vaporcannon if it is essentially the same thing in a different case? maybe there is something i am missing. i the silver surfer has one advantage which is the downward angle of the heating element but is that really worth all the extra cash. i just want to get something that is reliable and well made and since the warez is $80 less i am leaning in that direction. if there is something i am missing please enlighten me. PS. they both have a 5 year warranty but can you send it back once you smoke herb out of it?

I've never vaped with a SSV, but have heard they are excellent. I do have the vaporwarez, and I can't personally imagine the SSV to be worth 80 bucks more. Those who have them love them, but the same could be said about the vaporwarez. All I can say is that for my purposes, the vaporwarez does just fine. Its had nearly daily use since I puurchased it in early July, and it has yet to disappoint me in any way.

As far as sending back a vape for warrenty repairs, they aren't like pipes. You only need to send the "box" in, not the whip, which would contain 99.9% of any marijuana residue. The part that would be sent in should be fairly easy to clean and make perfectly legit for shipping purposes.

Sounds like that statement puts you in the Vaporwarez users camp. If the price difference puts you off and the looks of the SSV don't get you drooling, you'll probably be happy with the Vaporcannon. Get one on ebay with a free scale and grinder and you're set. I seriously doubt you'll ever need to send it back for repair, but if you do, like TM said, don't send the whip. Just clean the areas of the box that you're able to reach without taking it apart, and wrap it up in a plastic bag (maybe a big ziplock freezer bag) before packing it up.

I agree, Sounds like the Warez is the one for you. To me the style, options and downward angle of the SSV were worth the extra coin. From what I've heard about the Warez you should be happy with it and to make you even more happy you can take your savings and use it to get some herb.

One advantage of the Vaporwarez machine over the VaporBrothers is that the glass cover over the heating element unscrews. On the VB, the cover is permanently stuck in place. The part of the box that's most likely to get contaminated with cannabis residue is - the glass cover over the heating element.

When my VB broke down, I didn't send it in for repairs because I couldn't find a way to clean it without destroying it.

Anyone wanna post pictures of a Vapor Warez Vape? Any moving parts, where the weed goes.. etc. It'd be much appreciated. I used a Vape last night for the first time & and thinking about buying this due to it's good price and mostly cause you guys think it's a great vape.
