I am not certain, and someone please correct me if I am wrong, but I think the THC starts to degrade the longer it sits in the bag. I always used my filled bags right away, so I have no personal experience. I wish I could be of more help to you.

You definitely want to blow the bag as close as possible to the time you will use it as the vapor begins to degrade immediately.
I know that there are those who say that the vapor lasts well over an hour or so but I have found that to be inaccurate.
My experience has it that the smoothest hits as well as the most potent are those taken sooner than later.
One hour? Yea, but it's much compromised and much less satisfying...

I will third that opinion. To avoid loss of strength and taste, suck that bag down ASAP. The longer it sits, the more THC you lose. Vapor's meant to be savored, not saved.
