kif is nothing more than trichomes that have been separated from herb.

most kb on the market today is....and this number can GREATLY vary, but for sake of keeping things simple, lets say 20 percent thc. so if you have one gram of herb, and you have another gram of the same stuff that you (theorhetically) magically extract all of the kif from, you would have a pile that weighs about .2

smoke/vape that gram of herb, and you will get just as much thc in you from that .2g of kif alone.
what im unsure about is the level of other cannabinoids in kif. as thc decomposes into cbn, one can assume its presence, but the many others.....i dunno. sounds like a good topic to look further into, find out exactly where the cannabinoids are stored in the plant.

it could be very possible that there are cannabinoids that are present in areas other than the trichome heads, and if that is the case, then a kif high would be quite different than a herb high, as the herb high would be giving your body additional chemicals to play with and sort out.

its not like smoking meth or crack or something where the buzz or length of high is completely different than just smoking weed. all it does is increase the level of THC you will be ingesting. Like when you smoke nugs vs. regs. Nothing is different about the buzz other than more intense. intense dopey/sleepy high and intense/sleepy comedown if you SMOKE it. and clean dopey high and relatively smooth comedown if you vaporize it. smoking weed every day sure feels, smells, and tastes better when you dont have to mix all your weed with as much carbon monoxides, carcinogens, and polyfluoros that you get with lighting the shit ON FIRE AND INHALING THE FIRE SMOKE as a way of getting to the THC. buy a vaporizer people!
