Know this is an old post but i've been using this vape for around 3 yrs now...I keep my temps at 344f and fan speed at around 6 on the dial .Almost never ignite the disk..Fill the disk anywhere from 1/2 to 1/3 full and learned a trick..Put another screen on top of the sweetleaf and push down lightly on it then put the top of the disk on..Think the problem is that the grinded leaf blows around and small particles fall into the heating element thru the screen. Which causes it to ignite and blow back into the disk of sweetleaf and you guessed it poof..
