Thanks to this board, I was introduced to the magic that is Vaporizing. I can't be happier with my vaporgenie, (despite burning the filter a little bit the first time I used it) and the amount of weed it has saved me. Not only that, but it has saved my lungs too. At the moment, I'm still in High School, so I can't really have a straight up electric vape for my house, but I will be moving out in the summer. What vape in the 100-200 dollar range would you guys reccomend for me to purchase. I've heard a lot about the Vaporwarez, but some advice would help. Thanks for all your help guys.

Well, it's hard to beat the VaporCannon for the combination of price-quality-warranty. But, assuming you can buy on-line, the Pure Vaporizer on ebay would be my choice. Same warranty and extras but at half the price and the Pure's heater tube has a nearly horizontal angle. The angle isn't a big deal, but it's easier to deal with than the warez and I'm already spoiled. If you're interested in more portability, I highly recommend the Vapolution. About the same price ($150) but it's 12v DC, so it's car/boat ready. It has a really nice optional glass straw, which replaces the tubing, and a 2 hr. battery pack is available. With the straw (AIW bowl), you get a high vapor to air ratio, so taste is tops. The drawback is the narrow bowl and no screen, so ground weed doesn't work well. I just break off little pieces, load, and blow it out after it's toasted. At worst, I have to lay it down on it's side to keep a piece in the bowl. It's been much less of an issue than I had thought when I bought it. The unit is very sturdy and well made, and they've gone to a lifetime warranty on the heater. The Silver Surfer is probably the nicest whip vape you could buy without getting into digital, forced air units, and it's really not necessary to go that route. The SSV has a lot of color options and a unique look you can't get with other vapes. The whip angle is great. Lots of options. It's a little under $230 shipped. Well worth it if you can afford it. It just depends on how much you want to spend and your preferences. You can take a look at vaporstore.com, gotvape.com, vapedaddy.com to see what other models are available. There's a site sponsor here too with good selection. If you find another vape that interests you I'm sure someone here has at least heard something about it.

I'm using a VaporGenie at the moment. It's piss poor compared to the electric ones that I'd be looking at getting. Thanks for the help guys.
