| Update: Finally got the Da Buddha dialed in. Tried an ashcatcher and a bubbler, was ok, but I needed more. So I picked up a 5mm thick G Spot ice binger, works out well because the GSpot has a three part downtube 14.5mm system. This beats the ashcathcer and bubbler I tried. I mean I could connect the ashcatcher to the G Spot, then to the Da Buddha, but that's more complicated than it has to be. PS, My on board light is good for this setup as well. You can see the vapor or smoke stream, if its dark then I'm pullin to hard on the binger. All I need is a Gpot or molino diffuser. I may fire up the glass with a blowtorch and try to make it myself as pokin holes in glass and sealing the bottom of the downtube can't be that hard. If you don't hear from me again, the glass heating and pokin was my downfall, and I most likely burned the house down ![]() |

![]() Ignore the rubber band on the Da Buddha, I have no idea why its there. After this post, it's coming off. But the glow in the dark band is on there for good, it can take relatively high heat. It's a glow in the dark VB16's flashlights inner gaskets. Why it had glow in the dark O rings inside the light is beyond me. Nobody sees it, and inside the flashlight it's dark, so it can never illuminate. So I put in a black silicone O ring in the LED flashlight and kept the glow in the dark one for the Da Buddha, having two wands on both end of the whip is weird. ![]() Thanks my friend. | I've got to send mine back for repair, or replacement. I haven't yet because I'm low on funds and have to pay shipping both ways. I sure hope that when I send it out, it comes back soon, in good, lasting order.. maybe with a new wand or something. |

| Did they tell you that? I doubt that 7th Floor or any other reputable vape maker would make you pay return shipping, especially for a warranty repair.

| I'm really surprised they're making you pay return shipping. That sucks. A year ago or so my herbalAire quit heating. In retrospect I'm pretty sure it was my fault for sloppy cleaning of the heating chamber. I used an alcohol swab, didn't turn the unit upside down to avoid seepage down into the unit's guts, and turned it back on too soon. At any rate, I contacted herbalAire. They told me to let them know the day I shipped the unit back. I did and they shipped me a complete new kit the same day. They not only didn't charge me for shipping, they included about $35 worth of free bags and bowls. Now that's customer service above and beyond. |

| Sure you'd gladly pay shipping rather than have a new vape that doesn't work, but they still shouldn't make you pay for the return shipping. I can see it for out of warranty repair or if you broke it. But if the repair is covered under warranty the standard for pretty much all products is for the manufacturer to pay return shipping. |
