Default da buddha

so the last time i was down at the ssv factory, they were talking about a cheaper, optionless unit made to compete with the lower end of the good vaporizers, with all the benefits of a high end vapo.

well it looks like its is out now, its slightly smaller and thinner, does not sit at an angle, and im pretty sure it comes standard with the ground glass hand(s) free whip/heater cover. like i said, there are no options, so the only color it comes in is silver on black.

haha, ok, upon looking for pics on the site, it looks like there are limited options, the glass can have some coloring in it, if you wish to pay 5 bucks more for the heater cover

it checks in at 160$, so it is still a bit more pricey than its wooden box competition, but because it has the same internals as the ssv, it is a good value buy.

You've really got the early news on the new model. I don't see anything about it on their site. I think it's a good move to produce a less expensive model, especially since the original gets a $30 price increase next Tuesday. You can also now get an all aluminum unit for an extra $20-40.

if you are on the homepage of their official site, right under the logo and outside the box, in green font it will give you a link to a separate site dedicated to da buddha.

and yeah, being that i have had a ssv now for a couple years and i only live a couple hours away from the factory where they are made, i take a trip down there every now and then. last time i was there this was in its prototype mode.

Thanks tokinGLX.

I have watched your video on the ssv and im hooked, just a matter of time of saving money.

I would like to know your opinion regarding the differences between the ssv and this the budda in functionality and operationally?

Some specific questions I have?
Do you think it would be easy to clean, load, operate?

What positive and negatives to the budda do you think?

Any opinion on this would be highly valued and its rare that I respect anothers opinion but your videos explained a whole to me about the ssv and vaping as I have never vaped.

If your not able to answer or just dont want to, its all good and thanks for your time and for that matter all the advice and direction you have given.

For me at least, it has made me feel far more comfortable about Vaping which I always considered sort of extreme and eclectic but you have convinced me otherwise. So I offer a genuine thank you.

Crap, I sound like some fan boy

Do they have one called "da christ" for those of us who are Buddhists? I think I may be offended...

i havent hit the buddha yet, so i cant say how much, if any performance difference there is between the two units. because i am genuinely curious, ill probably be picking one up and reporting on it in the next couple of weeks.

loading and operation will be similar to the ssv and most any whip vape. cleaning really is a breeze, and as soon as i can get my old camera to be compatible with my new computer, i should have a vid up of a quick cleaning session. all i do is take the hose off, pop the screen out and scrap the innards of the glass wand. ill then take a couple squares of toilet paper, place it over the bowl end and blow through the other. it spits out all the scraped stuff into a nice neat little pile. you can then smoke or vape up this stuff for a good hashy stone.

it looks to me that the new product is a good alternative for people more budget minded. im personally not a fan of the hand(s) free thing, but other people dont mind it so much and some prefer it.

and yeah man, i made the video/videos to show a very real world vaping experience. with vapes, and whip vapes in particular, there is some knowledge that will help you out in your quest to stonedom. if i can help people out in a few ways, cool.

I just wanted to let you know that I was going to buy the Vapezilla I was about to enter my info in and I last minute i stopped myself thinking what the hell are you spending 550 for? I stumbled on your video on youtube and didnt think anything about it because at that time i was buying the vapezilla. anyway 10 days later i decide to go back and find a cheaper vape then the vapezilla and decided on the vapor brothers model because of price and based on reviews it worked pretty well. For the price it seemed decent. Then I go to the ssv site and watch some more of your videos and decide that i want the ssv and im getting ready to buy it and I go and i see there link to Da Buddha and so i start searching it and I see you are writing something about it. Now I am sitting at home wanting to make a purchase and now I am going to make myself wait before purchasing anything until after you review da buddha. I want to have something for this weekend and ultimatley i don't care how it looks as much as that it works awesome and is reliable. All the colors and cool stuff are nice but if Da Buddha gets your stamp of approval as close if not as good as the SSV then I want it.

I am waiting on your review. NO PRESSURE :-)
