Oh man I just ordered some of these. I have yet to recieve them but I did get an e-mail saying they were in the mail so hopefully tomorrow. I got 8 crappy little brass screens at my shop for $1. Through this guy I got 20 for $3 and they come in the exact size you need and stainless.

Thanks 5drive. I just ordered 20 screens. We'll see how long it takes to get here. I imagine the shiiping is free because they just pop them in an envelope, slap a stamp on, and pop it in the mail. I hate snail mail.

Buzzby deserves most of your thanks. He found the site. They ship from MD so it should only take a few days to get to FL. I need to go home today, get out my ruler and start measuring. I need various sizes myself.

I don't plan on receiving it until some time next week. I received a customer invoice via email, but no email saying it has went out yet.

I received an email Saturday that it went in the mail that day, and I received the screens in the mail today. Three days for usps is a miracle. I was right. They just put the screens in an envelope, and put two stamps, actually.

I just recieved my screens in the mail today. They took about 6 days to get here, kinda long as i was in need of a change. But I will never buy screens any where else! These are great way better than the ones I spent more money on at my head shop. The stainless are very durable and work great in my cannon. Props to Buzzby as I think he found them.

I was very surprised I received my screens in only 3 days considering usps is so slow. I am also impressed with the quality of the screens. The screens that come with the whip are flimsy, and seem to accumulate residue faster than the more sturdy screen. At least that has been my experience.

I recently cleaned the glass part of the whip with alcohol and a toothbrush, and a warm water rinse. That method worked very nicely. I just used a paper towel to dry the inside of the whip. The whole process only took about 5 minutes. I also use alcohol and a toothbrush on the screen. I seem to be cleaning my screen every couple days. That part only takes a couple minutes.

I've found that the most effective and easiest way to clean a screen is with fire. First, I light up my propane torch and set it on the table. I hold the screen by an edge with a pair of needle nose pliers. Apply the flame to the screen until it glows bright yellow for a few seconds.

Rinse the ash off with some water, hit the fire one more time to dry it off, and the screen is as good as new.

I heard a lot of people say this, but it's not true for me. Takes me longer to burn it then to just brush clean it with alcohol. I've also dropped the screen while handling it, so using alcohol over a sink is safer for me.

I don't clean mine lol, um, I think it seasons the whip, I've had friends ask me if I have any herb I say no, they say thats OK I'll just hit your whip. Because you can crank up the heat, and get a hit when it's empty.
