Default Couple Questions

I just recently invested in a vaporizer, it is a Vapor Bros. Hands-Free model with the mineral element. I am astounded with the quality of the high, and herb saving tendencies, but I have a couple questions about it. Is the screen difficult to replace? It seems it would be but I'm not sure. Do I turn the heat way up on the first hit? I've heard a couple different things. Thanks for your time.

Is the screen difficult to replace?
I think most people agree that it is. It's not the only brand that's a problem either. It's a basic whip design that has no easy answer for screen changing. There are some two piece designs available that solve the problem, but it looks like Vapor Bros. has an odd size heater cover. The VaporTower 2 piece kit fits the Vaporwarez but not Vapor Bros. This means the 2 piece Vaporwarez kit also doesn't fit. Neither Vapor Bros. nor Vaporwarehouse advertises a 2 piece hands free kit, so I don't know if there's an easy change setup available for that model.

You can turn it to the max setting for quicker initial heatup, but when you start your hits somewhere around half way (12 o'clock usually) is a good starting point. To find the vaping range on your particular unit turn it down to around 9 o'clock or the point where you first start to get vapor. Keep in mind that when you first connect the whip it's cold and will take a minute to heat up. With hands free, your vaping temp will rise somewhat the longer you have it attached. Your glass will get hot and add to the temp. Keep turning the heat up as you vape until your leftovers turn black. That'll be the high end of your range. Your best temp will be somewhere around half way between the minimum and maximum vaping points. If you vape at the high end, you'll be getting the most out of your weed (the high temp cannibinoids), but you'll also get a lot of toxins that you may want to avoid. The hotter you vape, the more it's like smoking. All the THC can be vaped at a lower temp, where your remains will be a nice medium brown.
