I'm posting this in the vaporizer section since this is where most of the buyers would benefit the most since they grind.

I bought this EKCO Stainless steel spoon set at Walmart a year ago and it's absolutely perfect for fast/accurate/simple bowl measurements. The picture in the link kind of doesn't show it well, there is no hump in the middle that the angle of light makes it look like. If you look at picture number 3 where they are upside down you get a better look at it. I went back to Walmart to get about 5 @ $1.99 each but can't find them at all their even hard to find on the net. You may check your Walmart and get lucky.

What I like about them.

Stainless Steel.

3 very small amounts: Dash, Pinch, and the smallest - Smidgen. If you vary your HEAP size to any of them you have a wide range of very small amounts. I used to size it up by finger or on my table, now I just stick these in my ground herb amount and instantly correct amount. I have a scale but thats just more than I want to mess with as far as everytime.

The very long slim arms allow for you to reach deep into the smallest of containers.

You never touch the herbs to load a bowl.

I consider these a very worthy tool and would pay a lot more for this very spoon set, I haven't seen others that are stainless steel and this SMALL. The smidgen is about the circumference of a pen. The Dash is a very nice large amount, then just vary by heap.

Just passing on what has proven itself for me, If I ever see them at walmarts again you can bet I'll grab every one of them. I have 2 sets now so I'm feeling secure.

I only smoke legal herbs, when I come to these forums and discuss things like smoking and the high one gets I'm referring to the feeling I get from legal herbs and have no information on what others are smokeing or reffering to. I don't smoke marijuana but do enjoy discussing and talking about legal herbs and the high from different legal smoking methods and all my post should be viewed in that light.

I've never found a need to measure what goes into my vaporizer whip. I grind up some weed and keep it in an Altoids tin. Then I use lung suction to fill the whip to the depth I prefer, about a quarter of an inch.

I never measure either. I just put a few pinches in the whip until I get the amount I want.

Well it does keep you from having to touch the herb and some units need that. I am coming from a lighter based vaporizer as my favorite way to vaporizer, I like it a lot more than my V-Tower, and lighter based units you can't suck the herb up in them like a whip unit and some electrics like the Volcano don't allow lung suction either I don't think. @ $1.99 if you see then a walmarts it might be something to consider. I like to keep my herb in pill sized small container, I'll pack them tight and get 25 bowls out of then before I have to go back to the big stash exposing it to oxygen, it all about freshness, it's all overkill but not touching is a nice benefit for those that need it.
