| With vapor you miss out on some toxins and a few of the 60 some cannabinoids. The toxins are definitely part of the usual smoking high, or the stupor part anyway. It's a tradeoff but a good one IMO.

| I consider that to be the primary attraction of vaporization. I can do anything I normally do after vaping. After smoking, my short-term memory is so attenuated that reading is pointless and I can't meditate. Sometimes I can't even keep track of the plot of a TV show. I also have much more of a tendency to mentally go off on a tangent and lose focus on what I want to be doing. Vaping gets me high without getting me confused or "spaced out". I smoked a joint the other day. It was fun, but it didn't compare to vaping. What surprised me was how easily I handled the smoke. A few days ago, the weed in my vape ignited and I almost coughed up a lung. The smoke from the joint didn't bother me at all.

| Vaporizers are becoming a lot more main stream, I was in a shop to get a few screens and 2 people came and asked what type of vaporizers he had, he had crappy ones. The point is while we were the first 1% to join the club it's about to be a much bigger club. I know it's my preferred method to say the least. and since I've got one I haven't smoked but one time, in the last year. I have both a lighter based unit "VaporStar" and electric unit "V-Tower" they both have their pluses. I really had my doubts about the V-Tower after I got it because it's such a hassle with whips and bowls and cords and top heavy tipping, but I learned to just pick it up and set it on the sofa as I lay there like a cat it sits around my chest area and since it's double walled I can just hold it like a can of pop, and now I kinda like it. It has a big bowl and all I know is the last 2 times I've used it I was in la la land for 90 minutes and still going at 2 hours, it was about 15 medium hits. I LOVE to watch GhostHunters on SciFi on Wednesdays at 6-9PM. MostHunted Fridays at 9 on the Travel Channel will blow your mind also, They get direct feedback from spirits tapping out answers in a Yes(two taps) or No(one tap) fashion, only other thing it could be is telekineses . One spirit threw an old coin in the room form the 1300's. For electrics it's hard to say without owning one to compare it too, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd probably get a SSV that was tricked out(I'm big on looks) but if it came in looking less than sweet I'd be pissed, I think some have gotten their units that weren't as sweet as some of the pic's we see. And in reality I might just buy the Vaporwarez as it seems priced so right and EVERYONE seems to love theirs, I've learned good highly consistent reviews are very trustable. What I think you'll realize is Vapor is Vapor, if you get good hits one machine over another will NOT produce different highs. The only issue is how long your unit will last and not konk out on you. Most good ones will last a long long time. So for ME I like a little beauty (eye of the beholder) the SSV Black with Black/Navy Blue glass knobs and Black Base sure looks sweet and from the reviews it can deliver some hella thick vapors all of which makes a winning unit, I can't stand the look of the silver original SSV but thats just me. As for lighter based units, I' as most here know, favor the VaporStar by a mile, it's the most efficient of my vaporizers by far, it can pull vapors off of the smallest amounts of herb and get the job done for less than even my electric. It's a Masterpiece for the money. A Bic Mini is it's ultimate lighter fit. Slowly raise that temperature for nice even cooking, or pull that flame deep in for fast cold bowl to big vapors in less than 3 seconds. .

I don't smoke marijuana but do enjoy discussing and talking about legal herbs and the high from different legal smoking methods and all my post should be viewed in that light. |
