| I thought only smoking made you have lung discharges ("stuff" coming up your throat once in a while). It appears even after vaping I get discharges. Why is that? I thought THC was just going into your blood. Now it feels like even vaping making something settle in your lungs that your body wants to get rid of! |

| I used to have problems coughing but know I'm good, my vaporizers helped a lot with that for me. Vaporizing is a lot healthier and thats why it's been recommended for medical mj users, but even though it's better it's not full proof. Technique like grinding it up and the type of equipment can have a lot to do with quality of vapor. You can still be burning it a little hot. Usually better the closer to thc combustible temps it think starts at like 360 even though once it's going i can still get vapor lower than 300 and when it's already been baked by the vap i can go up to 420 degrees and still get vapor. It's not exact science , but you get a fill for it.Really its depending on how much of the plant you want to cook so controlling your temps can help. thats why Digital vaporizers are far superior and help a lot with that. certain styles of vaporizers are better I would do some research online there's a bunch of information out there. I like volcanoes portability and also like the whip style type like Vapezilla, but most can't afford these expensive models, I would at least get digital ,but I know there are cheaper knock offs that are also digital they might not be as good but they do the job. When done right the negative affects of inhaling are so much better. tar percentages are way less but there still can be tar. It's not none but almost none. There are also benefits to not using lighters because butane is horrible for you. Most people love to be able to taste the flavor through vaporizers which can bring out flavors they never new could be there. There are huge benefits through technology and there only getting better. inferior vaporizers will give less percentage of thc and wont be as healthy of course older designs didn't work as well. some people feel like there throats can get dry and will always drink water during vaporizing, I also know of people adding little bits of water to help with the vaporization. of course if your still having problems there are many other healthy ways like ingestion which tend to last longer and effect the body more and is different then inhaling which usually effects more mentally. Ingestion usually takes more material and takes longer to prepare and longer to feel effects. I think vaporization is preferred for medical users, but it could just be personal preference. this was kinda long Hope this helps. |
