|  Gundam Wing Does anyone remember this show? I seem to remember watching it a lot in middle school, right before 9/11, which is kind of weird since it's about a group of teenage terrorists...it was from back when Toonami was sort of new. It's actually super violent and bloody for a cartoon that used to come on in the middle of the afternoon... I just heard someone mention it the other day and it kind of put a mind trip on me. I hadn't thought about that show in a long time, but I loved it back in the day!

| My husband loves Gundam Wing. He actually wants to pick them up on DVD.

| As an anime fan...no offense, of course! This song would work better IMHO w/ the anime "Blue Gender" But hey, what do I know LOL?! Liked the video, props to who made it....I know what it takes to make a video like that... K+, and DaDornta Approved!

| I'm a huge Gundam fan, it was one of my favorite animes as a teen! I use to own a few DVD's but now all I have is the Endless Waltz. My favorite Gundam was Heavy Arms  I even use to collect the models and action figures. I was such a nerd.... haha, it's just a great anime -- good story, excellent animation, and the mechs rule.

| I still have Endless Waltz taped off the original uncut Toonami special somewhere on VHS. I'm more of a Deathscythe fan myself. Girls love a thermonuclear weapon, and Maxwell was my favorite because he was the "f*ck ALL y'all" American, lol...  Plus you never run out of ammo. I didn't even know anything about anime before Gundam Wing, and it's still my fave. It's just been a long time since I thought about it! I kind of want the whole series on DVD now; the plot was really great. It definitely crossed my mind on 9/11, because that was only a year after it came out... Gah, I just realized my nerd-dom started WAY Before high school. Good thing I was "in the closet" about being such a dork, lol...not as socially acceptable for girls.  Cartoons when I was a kid rocked SO much harder than cartoons today. Look at the explosions!!!!!! |

| In my opinion, Gundam Wing was the best of the Gundam series. At least it was my favorite. And deathscythe was my favorite too

| Gundam Wing was the third anime I got into. I have all the dubbed episodes plus Endless Waltz Special Edition...plus a collection of some 25 AMVs on Gundam Wing alone. This is one of my favorites. Believe it or not, the original Japanese concept even had image songs done by the voice actors...which I have, if that'll give any indication of how much I followed the series. |
