|  Canadians rule! I went to Canada over the weekend to see the band L.In.T (Lost in Translation) play in Welland. They sure showed the Americans how to party! Better than anything you find in my area! The whole pothead scene is so much more relaxed feeling up north! Good Times! Torch420 (eh?)  |

| The coasts are like that.  Prairie provinces are a little less progressive, though.

| Iv smoked in "hippy cafe's" In Ontario. They seem pretty leaniant in Ontario and Quebec from my experience. I have also lived out in BC and they are very pro-marijuana. As for the prairies(Manitoba/Saskatchewan) the regulations are still nowhere near as bad as how they treat it in the States. I have actually smoked weed beside a uniformed cop in 2004 as he was making sure things didnt get "out of hand" at the hippy cafe. |

| I also frequent these Cafes strewn across the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) One time a cop came, in which I assume he was looking for a certain individual, and everyone kinda just froze and put their joints under the table... Except for one guy, He was so baked he didnt even notice the Cops and just kept on puffing. Cop just gave him a wary look and left. | |

| After seeing that, I'm not sure if I want to get high with Marc Emory now.  I'd be yelling "Like shut the f@#k up, Dude!" after the first couple of minutes! Gotta love the guy, though. |

| I love how the reporter asks Emery's customers if his constant talking is "tripping you out". It's something a stereotypical "square" would say in a bad B-movie. It just makes her sound so removed from drug culture. I've known no one who actually has tripped out on pot alone. silly. |
