Well that's your opinion and your entitled to it, it's obvious I feel the other way and I exercise my right of free speech and talk openly about it.

You've never been imprisoned for it I see. - Have you ever heard of the term TAXATION instead of INCARCERATION? I'd much rather pay taxes on it than be incarcerated for it "again".

We pay taxes on everything else, why not marijuana? Besides if it were legal. I'd grow my own and wouldn't pay taxes on it anyway. If it were legal I wouldn't need to buy it from anyone (except friends who also grew). As it is now, the tax money that could be benifiting our whole society only goes for those willing to get down and dirty in the Black-market - which I was heavily involved in for years.

I thought the video was funny. I don't really mind Njweedman in fact I find him quite funny although his points and reasons stated in the interviews arn't that , hmm whats the word for it. It seems like he just is your average stoner who wants weed legalized and has the basic points that arn't so valid. I can't find the word for it. I like the guy, though.

EDIT: I also think this has nothing to do with race which is brought up several times on your website/posts. A lot of people assume discrimination agaisnt their race when they don't get their way, I don't really like that.

RACE is a very BIG part of the Drug War that's a fact I don't make-up. Maybe that bastion of iberal white thinkers at the Drug Policy Alliance made them up - "oops my bad". I find it many well meaniing good people deny Racism because they aren't racist, and blindly ignore it around them. OR THEY ARE IN A DENIAL!

You don't like thinking about those facts and deny them - . Which is well within your RIGHT to believe or not see (opinion). But do me afavor and GOOGLE the Issue and see what others think, and what the facts are. I'm not saying all white people are Racist or every arrest is about racist, what we have are racist laws, laws created out of racism and enforced by a Racist Judicial system that dispense's Judice according to race.

I give my opinion on it, I've been the victim of it, or laws are based on it and I speak about it. To Zande and Good White Guy's like him, it doesn't exist and I'm a whinny Negro.

I was on your side after your first post or two, but now I just see what a fool you are. You called him "stinkoman" and then are saying "shut-up negro" to troublemaker? Not only is he not black or is that a valid insult, it's down right stupid and degrading to blacks that you compare yourself to with the civil rights movement. EDIT #2: I think this thread fully shows what a joke you are. It's not "Look at Njweedman nobely protesting anti-drug laws, it's NJweedman lol. Sure it's funny to watch you blow smoke in the cops face, but we all know that it hurts us. It would be downright hiliarious to taint GWB's lunch with weed and watch how he acts, but I think we all know what a shitstorm that would create for the movement. So all in all, you are no political prisoner or even a successful protestor. If you are a pro-pot protestor, than the people on MTV's show Jackass are noble political prisoners protesting the right to be able to dance around people wearing a man thong.

Well put, that's exactly how I feel. Sure you are courageous (if that is the right word, maybe I mean stupid..) but there are alot better ways to help the movement out.

Hide in the closet? Hardly. Anyone who knows me knows I smoke, but they also know I'm a decent person overall; I give them a POSITIVE example of a stoner. I see no benefit in shoving the issue down people's throats, what you are doing is probably creating more opponents than proponents of legalization. I admire your courage and your motives, but I don't feel you're going about it in the most mature or intelligent way.

I am likely one of the biggest cannabis supporters at my school, my support is simply word of mouth. You are right, I don't have the guts to do what you do, because I know a rap sheet would decimate my college and career options, which is alot more important to me that some weak media coverage.

Tha simple fact that you are posting in this thread shows what a scrub you are. What do you do, just google your name every once and a while to see what people think of you these days? It's obvious that it is all about attention to you, you don't really care about legalization except as a venue to get your name out.
