Great video, I would advise anyone, marijuana user or not to watch it.

Even if your baked, it's not too hard to just say that you don't consent to a search. As long as you don't reak of weed with a roach in the ash tray you'll be fine.

I've seen a video sorda like this, which surprised me. It was the first time I've heard about my rights. Until like, a year ago, I never knew you could refuse a search if the cop didn't have probable cause, and I had no idea that you could lock your door when you exited your vehicle...wouldn't that suck if you locked your keys in the car tho? The cop would have to help break into it, and then he'd pretty much be able to search it...maybe??

I was with two friends about a week ago and we got pulled over. we had just bought some new bowls from the quick mart and we pulled out of the lot and we got pulled over by 2 undercovers and 1 cruiser. They searched us with no reason and the owner of the car did not consent. So they found some bud but they just scuffed it on the ground and then let us go with our bowls

. Once we got home my friend showed me this video and boy was i pissed
