I agree it does wrongly portray responsible marijuana users (maybe not the typical smoke alllll-day stoner)
however, you have to admit, its pretty damn funny

That part takes me back to HS. Except it was the Photo teacher who's room always smelled like weed.

Ok, I watched the whole episode, and, unfortunately, there wasn't really a moment that brought the whole thing around. The only thing that I can point to is that they're at Moe's and they're talking about Homer's drug use, saying that they were going to have an intervention, but one of them got alcohol poisoning and had to be rushed to the hospital. But remember, the Simpsons make fun of every group, and they all look bad. Besides everyone who's ever watched the Simpsons knows that Homer is irresponsible with everything he does.
