im not saying i believe this, so take this as you will. there is a huge conspirasy on brainwave manipulation that has been going around for atleast 30 years and big brother has just came forward with wepons that use brainwaves..kinda funny this just came out not to long ago either
just go to youtube and look up mk-ultra... take it as you will

I heard this little rumor too. It doesn't surprise me that weapons that use brain waves are being used. IF, it were ever use it against the people, I do not believe it would work on me because I am too damn strong willed to allow anyone to influence me against things I already feel strongly about.

i was watching (local news) they showed that one truck that had that huge ass plate ...they sayed that it could make a whole crowd have tempory paralization..thats somthing that your brain cant fight...
