I'v only driven high once, but that one time I was terrible. It absolutely wrecked my ability. Luckily, I only had to go about 4 streets over through a slow, quiet neighborhood.

However, a friend of mine, who has had much more experience with driving while under the influence, drives similarly to when he's sober, except he doesn't take as many risks. The only flaw I have seen him perform is he takes extremly wide turns when there is no traffic in the street he is going to.
