I read about this in the "Cannabible" one time. I've tried it a few times since then. I think you get higher because it's almost like vaporizing it.

It is alot cleaner hit cause you dont have any lighter fluid that you are inhaling, its an awesome way to smoke, i just happen to not be very good at it.

Cool stuff, ive been doin this for years though :-P

i never need lighters unless its dark out, i usually only smoke in the day so this is 1 great way to get stoned, plus the weed smoke tastes so much better and less harsh, you can control the rays in such a way that its basically a vaporizer, i once got it so that i made the weed turn brown and not black and i inhaled like a semi-smoke/vapor...that was like smoking kief

i suggest everyone gives this a try, try to find the right angle and distance and you can basically have a free vaporizer
