Yeah, remember that we don't need to play the chorus of most songs more than once. I'm thinking we could do multiple songs, just only the really good verses or something.

Software--

I think I will end up using iMovie HD for this project, seeing as it seems like it is going to be fairly simple. My plan was to make the audio track in some sound editing software, save it. Then open iMovie, get all the clips all set up, then import the soundtrack I made.

Seems like it would work fine. I could even do part of the film with say, 4 videos, look at the time, and make the audio for one song last that much time, so the transitions would be coordinated.

I don't know if your still looking but I have the tracks I mentioned before and another I thought would fit this project "Pass the Marijuana" by Sublime & Bob Marley. I can email them to you unless there is a way to attach them to a post or something.

I think I've got the soundtrack mostly down...clips from Pass The Dutchie, Smoke Two Joints, and The Joker. I doubt I will need more then 3 clips. What do you guys think?

Cool, I just came across that Sublime Bob Marley duet in my Mp3 Player and thought it fit pretty well.

I still haven't done a vid and am not sure when or if I will. All I have is my phone to take the vid with and it's kind of a pain in the ass. But I like that you are using a couple of the tracks I suggested. At least that way if I don't get a clip in I will feel like I contributed something. This is a cool project. Thanks for taking the lead on this thing.
