Though he does seem very giddy and stoned, most experienced pot-smokers know how to not act a fool in public. When your drunk you usually don't care as much. Or he could have been both drunk and stoned.

But to be honest, I enjoyed his lecture a lot and it was pretty funny. I wish more professors were this funny and interesting .

I could have sworn I read that he had some medical condition that makes him act a little bit weird every so often. Unfortunately I can't find any articles that say that now. Hmmmm, makes me wonder...
