Though he does seem very giddy and stoned, most experienced pot-smokers know how to not act a fool in public. When your drunk you usually don't care as much. Or he could have been both drunk and stoned.

But to be honest, I enjoyed his lecture a lot and it was pretty funny. I wish more professors were this funny and interesting

I could have sworn I read that he had some medical condition that makes him act a little bit weird every so often. Unfortunately I can't find any articles that say that now. Hmmmm, makes me wonder...

Yeah, I just did a google search, he has a medical condition and uses marijuana as a medicine.

If you watch his video, and remember that this is a business class, not a history class, you'll see how smart this guy his. He weaves around many different issues, uses a lot of "Napolean" jokes, and he ends up showing business's role in the world. Watch the full version, not the short one, you'll see...
