|  art-pipes.com a friend and i were thinking about getting a couple of bongs from them, and we were wondering, do they ID with the COD service? also, is the quality of their bongs any good? | There is no ID with COD. Anyone at your house chould give the mailman the money. The quality is a bit cheap, but their prices reflect that.
