Is there a substance that isnt THC-soluble that you could put in your bong that could remove toxins out from stuff like tinfoil bowls, copper stems..etc.

water? not really thc soluble... then again metals don't really dissolve in them a whole lot either.

Why try to retrofit a bong to eliminate toxins? Get a vape, which does it by the very nature of the extraction process and conserves a lot of weed as well.

Not that I am aware of.

Just use an all glass bowl, slide and downstem and all should be gravy.
